Due to Chinese Spring Festival holidays in the first half of February, chrome market keeps stable basically with almost no deals concluded. After the holiday, Chinese chrome market keeps unchanged with weak demand. Due to the sharp purchasing price decrease of high carbon ferrochrome from major consumers, most participants are pessimistic towards the future ferrochrome market and many buyers are very cautious in purchasing the material with wait-and-see attitudes towards the market.
