Within this month, Chinese domestic HRC prices witnessed a general declining trend. Due to the Spring Festival holiday, trading days of this month were much less. Traders faced great pressure from withdrawing capitals after the holiday. Therefore, the HRC price decreased continuously in late February. Insiders think HRC price is still likely to increase in the following month supported by high list prices from steel mills.
