This month, most traders had an 8-10 days’ holiday for the Spring Festival from February 6 to February 16. The market transaction of the time near the holiday was unsatisfactory. Though most steel mills announced to lift the ex-works price of CRC on a large scale, the sales prices of it still showed a downward trend in late February, which was caused by soft demand and decreasing prices of raw materials, as well as traders’ pressure from withdrawing funds. Insiders deem in the following month, the price of CRC will go down first and increase slightly later.
