Despite the financial pressure at the end of Chinese Lunar year and weak demand, Chinese domestic HRC prices witnessed a general increasing trend within this month supported by high list prices from steel mills. Insiders believe that list prices will keep increasing. In addition, most traders will put orders after the consumption during the holiday. Therefore, Chinese domestic HRC prices are still likely to increase in the following month.
