1. Financial review
International review: Japan appealed to WTO of anti-dumping of seamless steel pipe from China. It was reported that, WTO issued an announcement on 20th that, Japan required the request of consultation under DSU on the anti-dumping of high property seamless steel pipes from China, which had noticed the Secretary. Japan insisted that the anti-dumping from China break some clauses on anti-dumping agreement and other related regulations of world trade. Both parties could hold a discussion about the dispute in the coming 60 days. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce issued the final results of the antidumping investigation on seamless stainless steel pipe, which indicated that 9.2% and 14.4% of antidumping tax would be imposed on pipes imported from Japan and produced in EU in the coming 5 years.
