Prices of seamless pipe decreased slightly in East and South China this month, but they kept generally stable in North China. In the meantime, those of raw materials rose in a wave-like manner during the month. Considering the lunar year-end is coming and the weather in North China is unsuitable for construction projects, insiders do not forecast a rising price or a warmer market performance next January.
