Chinese domestic HRC prices witnessed a general increasing trend within this month especially in Shanghai and Guangzhou markets. However, the resistance for continuous price increase appeared in the middle and late ten days of the month. Though support from purchasing cost was strengthened and market inventory remained at a low level, traders were more cautious about increasing quotations considering weak demand in winter. Insiders predict that Chinese domestic HRC prices may decrease slightly in the following month.
