1.Financial overview:
1.1 Primary land market had no sign to recover. In terms of promising activities in some areas, sources from Ministry of Land and Resources stated on October 11 that there was no sign for primary land market to rebound and reasonable land supply was helpful to relieve pressures from unbalanced demand and supply. According to survey results released by the Ministry of Land and Resources, supply volume of construction land was 440,600 hectares during the first three quarters, up by 9.2% year on year: supply volume of real estate industry was 104,000 hectares, down by 12.5% year on year; sales volume was 83,000t hectares with RMB137 million of sale revenue, down by 17.0% and 29.9% respectively on the same basis.
