Both the Chinese and international cadmium ingot market keeps dim in July, with the downstream consumption keeping weak and consumers unwilling to take purchase. Besides, the cadmium ingot supply is still very ample, prices for cadmium ingot 99.99% in Chinese market went down from RMB16.5-17.5/kg (USD2.59-2.74/kg) to RMB15.5-16.5/kg (USD2.43-2.59/kg). The cadmium ingot import market keeps active, with the prices advantage. It is reported that some traders in South Korea and E.U. market begin to pile stocks as they think that the cadmium ingot prices has touched the bottom of USD0.8-0.9/lb and would rebound in the near future.
