1. Financial overview
1.1. Central Bank announced on late June 7 that benchmark deposit rate for one-year and benchmark loan rate for one-year will be reduced by 0.25% respectively in financial institutes since June 8 and there will be different corrections in benchmark deposit-loan rate for other terms and individual hosing fund, which was the first reduction of interest in the past three years. Meanwhile, Central Bank added that upper limit of deposit rate fluctuation will be 1.1 times of benchmark deposit rate and lower limit of loan rate fluctuation will be 0.8 times of benchmark loan rate since June 8 in financial institutes.
