Black silicon carbide market just saw price decline without sales increase in June caused by preferential power price in Gansu. Under pressure from high stockpiles and circulating capital, smelters from Ningxia also lowered price to some extent. Green silicon carbide producers were still out of production in view of slow demand from PV market.
