April, rare earth markets are flat, but prices are relatively stable
Transactions of foreign market are weak, and prices of light rare earth elements, such as lanthanum, cerium, are still low. Due to less of the heavy rare earth inquiries, turnover is slow, but prices are relatively stable . The sources believe that buyers overseas are likely to rebuild stocks during later Q2 and early Q3.
