Prices of wire rod and rebar in most domestic markets were in downward trends, dragged by the soft demand from the downstream market and the high market inventory. However, because most traders faced losses, they would not reduce their offers next month. Besides, with the decreasing inventory, insiders predict that prices will go up slightly next month.
