Generally prices of seamless pipe rose slightly in the first three weeks stimulated by price increases of steel mills, though the market performance remained unsatisfying. They showed signs of falling back in the fourth week influenced by price declines of raw materials and other leading products like wire rod and HRC. Considering the demand from downstream customers is hard to release in the dim season, sources deem the price is likely to go down slightly next month.
