1. Financial overview:
1.1 Shipping market kept sluggish after the Spring Festival and BDI had almost reached the historically low level. BDI decreased sharply by around 60% in the first month of this year as the figure had reached 702 points by January 30, very near to the lowest record of 663 points made on December 5, 2008.
