1.1 IMF announced today that Chinese annual economy growth rate would decrease by nearly 50%, causing great pressure as China had to take large-scale fiscal incentive measures, if European debt crisis brought about downturn of global economy. IMF announced that the prospects estimation for Chinese economic growth in 2012 in the World Economy Outlook of January, in which the economic growth rate decreased from 9% to 8.2%.
