The whole market in December keeps generally stable though the prices are still at the low. With the end of the year closing in, many producers have decreased even suspended the production, just consuming the rest stocks before and during the Spring Festival. And some choose to hold stocks due to the low prices and weak demand, and watch the market for prices rebound. Generally speaking, most participants are not optimistic about the market in early 2012.
