Chinese domestic steel plate market showed no favorable improvement in the last month of 2011, but prices saw different trends in different markets. Traders placed negative anticipation on the coming market, thus they replenished materials in a slow space while some of them just watched the market and mainly focused on reducing their own inventories. Considering the New Year’s holiday and Chinese Spring Festival come together in January, insiders do not think the market will turn better next month.
