Although prices of leading domestic steel mills such as Baotou Steel and Ansteel kept stable, traders lowered those of some grades to promote sales. Meanwhile, because of negative micro financial environment, they were not confident of the market in the first quarter of 2012 and replenished stockpiles in small quantities. Sources foresee a stable price in the coming month when New Year (January 1st 2012) and Spring Festival (January 22nd 2012) are coming.
