Selenium market did not improve in November when demand of the material kept slow and selenium price dropped further. On supply side, though import decreased consecutively in September and October and maybe also in November, supply of the material stayed sufficient as domestic producers released much material during this period. While downstream manganese production was in bad shape, demand of selenium dioxide was very weak, pressing the supplies to lower their price again and again. In global markets, selenium price also were under pressure of sliding for lack of demand.
