Chinese domestic steel plate market failed to make progress this month and prices went through frequent fluctuations, with those in East and South China going down. HRC price decrease discouraged steel plate traders to some extent coupled with customers’ inactive purchase plans only to meet urgent needs. Insiders suppose the price will further decrease next month.
