Indium market kept sluggish with declining prices in spot market in October, Due to EU debt crisis and US inactive economy, many buyers were cautious and watched the market, and they delayed their purchase and kept low level of inventory. Japanese demand did not turn around and Chinese producers focused on long-term contract production. As the plans of 50% Greek debt decrease and the expansion of EFSF were issued at the end of the month, market confidence resumed with rising prices and more activities.
