On the release of Industry and Communication Business in the first three quarters held by Guoxin on October 26, Xiao Cuanquan, the head of the monitor bureau of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology reported that 2,255 companies in 18 industries were outdated in capacity in the statement by MIT on June 15. By the end of September, 90% of the capacity-outdated enterprises had finished their tasks.
