Global economy slowdowns and the major countries are into debt crises, which make the insiders to be concerned that there will be the second economic recession, delaying in return to the market . International markets are soft, purchasers are cautious to replenish stocks . Investors, stockpiled rare earth products early this year, poured the stocks into the market to eager to cash, worried that prices continue to decline. In October, major manufacturer in North China shuts down the production and starts the second purchases, combined with most manufacturers in South China are in the process of stopping production / reduction of outputs, therefore, international rare earth prices have been decreasing, but with slow speed and price range . According to the international economic situation, insiders are not optimistic towards the rare earth market in November.
