This month the demand from customers remained weak and unfavorable news from both the stock market and spot market like list price decreases from steel mills and spot price dives of raw materials led to a widespread pessimistic atmosphere. Furthermore, with the government’s austerity package and customers’ inactive purchase activities, traders faced a tough situation to collect money for the healthy capital flow. Therefore, traders decreased prices in the hope of selling more materials and avoid potential losses. Insiders predict that the HRC market is unlikely to improve in November.
