Zirconium market remained sluggish on the whole in August based on the slow demand, and prices for zircon sand, zirconium silicate, and zirconium sponge slipped accordingly. However, the reduced prices failed to attract more consumers, and many buyers would rather watch the market than put orders. Zirconium oxychloride offers were kept almost the same with it was in July, and demand for the material kept stable.
