After the stability of about one month, ferrosilicon market started to decrease in July. Ferrosilicon producers began to lower their quotations from mid July while the concluded price also decreased by a small margin accordingly. As some producers were carrying out orders signed before, the downward trend was unclear. Most producers started to sign new orders, and the concluded price was decreased obviously. The mainstream price for ferrosilicon 75% is at RMB6,900-7,000/t ex works and RMB6,700-6,800/t ex works for ferrosilicon 72%.
