Tantalite import market sees a fluctuation in July, with the supply still tight. There are some new comers in trading tantalite, which alleviates domestic tight supply to a certain grade. Tantalite import price fluctuated much, while domestic tantalite producers do not change their quotations. Downstream demand decreases, especially the end products such as tantalum wire and tantalum powder, and the price is also loosened.
Columbite price goes upward, and the supply is still tight. Average grade niobium oxide demand is increasing gradually, which pushed up the price of columbite. Highly purified niobium oxide price is firm, but conclusions are few. China-made ferro-niobium price also goes up following the uprising trend of average grade niobium oxide.
