Chinese domestic steel plate market kept calm this month and the market performance was undatisfying. The price fluctuated but it was stable on the whole. Besides, most steel mills lowered their list prices for August production, so traders were not confident of the coming market and held a cautious attitude. Insiders think the price is unlikely to rise in the following month.
