HGI coil prices in most Chinese prevailing markets saw a stable trend this month with the support of the high purchase cost. Although the demand was very weak in the traditional low season, traders were not willing to move down their offers seeing the price was lower than the purchase cost. In order to avoid losses, most traders are inclined to be cautious about the coming market. Therefore, insiders predict the price is likely to keep stable in the following month.
