June is the turn-point in antimony market. Major producers will undersell their products to get the cash back, additionally, many suppliers accumulated lot of stick as they don’t sell well in April and May when the prices of antimony products kept decreasing. In June, they adjusted the price lower and lower to attract orders and get cash back.
Within a month, the prices of antimony ingot 99.65%min and trioxide 99.5%min respectively decreased by RMB23,000/t and RMB22,000/t to RMB74,500-77,000/t and RMB67,000-69,000/t ex works, however, customers want to wait for lower prices and took a hand-to-mouth purchasing style in spot market, therefore, spot market moved slowly.
