HR strip prices in North China and South China went down generally in the month due to the lower raw material cost and customers’ weak demand, but those in East China moved up slightly. Customers still purchased the material inactively during the low season and the market continued to be quiet. Insiders suppose HR strip price is unlikely to rise in the coming month.
