Prices of seamless pipe moved down by RMB50-100/t in most domestic markets this month. They maintained stable in early and late June but showed a downward trend in the Mid-June. Due to the continuous rainy weather in the second half of this month, the demand from downstream industries shrank much and the market remained sluggish. As prices of raw materials and other major steel products kept decreasing, sources predict the price of seamless pipe is likely to continue to go down in the coming month.
