This month, the market of steel scrap runs stable in general. Mills in some areas adjust the bid slightly. Major steel mills in Jiangsu bids RMB3,800-3,820/t and RMB3,750-3,770/t VAT included delivered for fine steel scrap with thickness over 6mm and HSM. Mainstream concluded price of HSM with thickness above 6mm runs at RMB3,250-3,270/t VAT excluded delivered by cash payment.
