Prices of section steel in May moved up and down in a narrow range of RMB20-50/t in most Chinese markets under the complicated condition of high production cost but soft demand. Most domestic section steel producers kept prices stable in last two weeks due to the unsatisfying market performance while both buyers and traders do not suppose a price increase in June - the traditional slow season because of the rainy and hot day.
