Prices of seamless pipe witnessed a stable trend in most domestic markets of China this month, coupled with the weak demand from downstream customers. In the slow season, customers just purchased to meet urgent needs instead of placing large orders. Meanwhile, Bank of China announced to raise the deposit reserve ratio by another 0.5% on 12th May, imposing negative effects on the sluggish to a large extent. Seeing the bad market performance, traders lacked confidence in the forthcoming market. Insiders deem the price will go down slightly in the coming month.
