HR strip prices in North China and East China fluctuated frequently in the month affected by raw material price movement, but those in South China generally saw an upward trend. As the price had reached a relatively high level, downstream customers placed orders inactively and the market continued to be dim during the month. Insiders predict HR strip price is hard to rise greatly in the coming month.
