The domestic steel rebar market continued running slowly during the month, despite the arrival of the traditional peak season. The demand kept soft with the absence of large projects, and end users strictly purchased from hand to mouth seeing the decreasing price signal of raw materials. Mills cut production dragged by the capital and sales pressures.
In the meantime, the international steel rebar market performed inactively.
