In June, the prices for ferrosilicon 72%min and 75%min stayed unchanged in the first half of June and went down slightly in the second half of June.
Additionally, in view of the price fluctuation in domestic market, the mainstream ferrosilicon 72%min and 75%min export prices stayed unchanged in the first half of June. Dragged by slow demand and softening prices in domestic market, exporters could accept price cuts from buyers in the second half of June.
Entering June, on account of weak demand in India and strong intention to compete for deals from suppliers, the mainstream ferrosilicon 70%min in India showed the downward trend and buyers purchased cautiously.
