    In July, prices for Chinese HC and LC ferrochrome kept flat in the first three weeks due to regular buying activities and went up slightly in the last week due to active inquires.     In July, the in port prices and import prices for chrome ore from South African, Zimbabwe and Turkey declined due to inactive market in the first half and increased in the second half because of active inquires.

    Prices for Chinese chrome metal, chromium oxide green and chromic anhydride went down in July discouraged by inactive market.
