1.1 Definition
1.1.1 Prebaked Anode

Prebaked anode, made from coal tar pitch and pet coke, is a key anode material in electrolytic cells for aluminum production.

1.1.2 Graphite Electrode

Graphite electrode is a kind of graphitic conductive material, made from CPC, coal tar pitch and needle coke.

1.1.3 Pet Coke

Petroleum coke, or pet coke, is a byproduct from the refining of crude oil. It consists mostly of carbon, with variable amounts of sulfurs and heavy metals.
