Discouraged by weak demand, Chinese imported niobium concentrate market prices decreased in December. As most consumers remained inactive in sending inquiries, Chinese tantalum oxide, tantalum metal, niobium oxide and ferroniobium market prices slid this month.
Encouraged by tight supply, European tantalite market prices showed uptrend in late December. As most consumers delayed purchasing, American tantalum metal and European ferroniobium market prices decreased this month.
