1 Market Highlights
In December, supported by positive attitudes from market participants and high prices of zinc concentrate, the mainstream prices of zinc ingot moved up.
In December, the basic TCs for zinc concentrate moved down slightly due to tight supply. Most oversea suppliers kept low level TCs for import zinc concentrate supported by tight supply, TCs for import zinc concentrate kept stable.
In December, despite weak demand from downstream, supported by increased prices of zinc ingot, the prices of zinc die-casting alloy and zinc powder moved up; but prices of zinc oxide decreased slightly due to weak demand; with TCs for zinc die-casting alloy and zinc powder unchanged.
