The domestic flat steel market performance improved a little during the month, but remained far from satisfactory. Facing the frequent price fluctuations, end users strictly purchased from hand to mouth and refused to build stocks. Besides, reporting insufficient orders for final products and shrinking profits, end users kept inactive in producing.
