2.1 NDRC allocates RMB2.4 billion to support construction of energy conservation and carbon reduction projects
Recently, the NDRC issued a special project on pollution control, energy conservation and carbon reduction (energy conservation and carbon reduction direction), with an investment of 2.4 billion (USD354.9 million) to be allocated under the second batch of central budget 2022. Nearly half of the producers in Henan which stay in suspension presently would not resume production by the end of this year.
