In domestic market, the market demand remains weak, so the prices continued going down this month. For chemical grade silicon metal, due to relatively firm demand, prices dropped slower than metallurgical silicon, but the downstream market demand remained weak. In export market, exporters received very few orders this month, and the prices continued going down accordingly due to downward prices in domestic market.
