The mainstream prices of primary lead ingot climbed with fluctuation this month considering the bullish attitudes of consumers under the transportation limits and decreased supply of secondary lead ingot.
In March, the supply of domestic lead concentrate went up slightly as producers in North China restarted production gradually with warmer climate. And the market saw increased deals under the increased supply and good demand for domestic lead concentrate. TCs of imported lead concentrate decreased slightly under the transportation limits, leading to the decreased deals of imported lead concentrate in spot market.
Prices of secondary lead ingot went up this month under the decreased supply and increased prices of raw material recycled battery. And the spot market saw decreased deals in a whole in March under the shrunk prices gaps between primary and secondary lead ingot.
