The mainstream prices of zinc ingot increased with huge prices movements in the first half of October, and the deals on spot market saw few deals during this period under the watchful attitudes of consumers. The market witnessed increased deals at the end of October as prices of zinc ingot went down and consumers which began to build stocks actively.
TCs of zinc concentrate went down slightly at the end of October as producers in North China tended to halt consumption as winter entering and zinc ingot smelters planned to build stocks for the winter. The transaction increased slightly in a whole as suppliers sold actively as the prices of zinc ingot increased and the consumption of zinc concentrate remained stable in a whole. The TCs of imported zinc concentrate increased under the watchful attitudes of domestic consumers.
Prices for zinc die-casting alloy, zinc oxide and zinc powder went up with fluctuation following those for raw material zinc ingot. The spot market of zinc alloy and zinc oxide also witnessed decreased deals under the huge prices movements of raw material and watchful attitudes of consumers. With strong demand for zinc powder, the market saw stable transactions this month.
