    1. Market Highlights

    In May, prices for raw material chrome ore increased. Affected by this, prices for HC ferrochrome, silicochromium and LC ferrochrome all showed an uptrend.

    This month, due to tight supply of overseas chrome ore, Chinese chrome ore sellers at ports kept their offers firm and prices for chrome ore in Chinese ports moved up. Overseas sellers raised their quotations, so CIF China prices for chrome ore rose.
