    In September, transactions for imported manganese ore were limited in China, meanwhile, downstream consumers showed strong intention to force down prices; in addition to lower prices offered by overseas suppliers, manganese ore prices continued to edge down.

    Chinese silicomanganese prices trended down on the whole.
